Our valve box top lifter is used to raise slide-type non flange and top flange 5.25 valve box top sections.
To use, dig around the top lip of the valve box and slide the lifter into place. Instead of using risers, simply pull the top section up with a backhoe, long pipe, or bar and fulcrum.
